WHAT MATERIALS DO THEY USE AND WHERE DO THEY GET THEM?
We use recycled plastics obtained from garbage dumps, collected and sorted by mailbox collectors, we also use recycled wood, obtained from industrial waste from wood and sawmills.
We also have recycled glass, obtained from waste windows, doors, tables, among others, also recycled sawdust and in the process we are including sargassum.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
To proceed with a return or exchange, the approved order will be required in your order, noting that if a problem has occurred due to the company, the process is free, but if it has been due to poor handling of the package, request or quote by the customer, additional costs will be incurred.

DO YOU DO INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES?
Yes, we ship internationally via FEDEX, anywhere in the world.
We also use the FAVOR system, which allows us to contact a person who is traveling to the country of shipment and is given a commission for delivering and taking the package on their flight route.
WHAT PRINTING TECHNIQUES DO YOU USE?
We use laser engraving, CNC, UV, Vinyl, DTF and handmade finishing.
